This amazing apartment needed a new lease on life. Large openings capitalized on its panoramic sea and mountain views on all sides, and these were dressed in energy-efficient windows with electrical blinds and awnings for protection from its relentless Southwestern exposure.
New plumbing and heating lines, electrical rewiring, all new bathrooms and kitchen, doors, closets, premium wood laminate flooring and the tiling of exterior areas perfected this family home. The full facelift included a central air-conditioning system to replace the clutter of split A/C units, while drop ceilings added further value to this home with beautiful indirect lighting details.
