Decadent, glossy, Italian, granite tiles in large dimensions set the initial tone for this total apartment renovation with impeccable finish in a clean, all gray-and-white look.
Our American clients wanted the perfect vacation home with the highest specifications – their own home away from home to become their future retirement nest.
A large open-space kitchen was a must: dressed in lacquered gray cabinets & black African granite and packed with all kitchen elements to satisfy the most exigent gourmet cook! The glossy floor material with subtle marble veining was laid throughout the flat, inside & out, providing the foundation for an elegant and monochromatic look, and visually expanding the indoor living space.
Layout changes created a private master suite, a guest bedroom, two comfortable bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling marble and large showers, a laundry corner, and plenty of floor-to-ceiling closets in glossy finish for an elegant result.
Made-to-order furniture completed this vacation home – always in tones of gray to provide a neutral backdrop for the owners' collection of colorful, over-sized, American vintage posters.
